Privacy policy
How we collect, use and look after your personal information when you book a class, hold a membership, visit a studio or use this website.

What we collect
- Booking and membership details. Your name, email address, phone number, the studio you train at, the classes you book and your attendance.
- Payment details. Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Health information you choose to share. Injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions you tell us about so your coach can adapt the class. We only collect this with your explicit consent.
- Messages. What you send us through the contact form, by email or by phone.
- Studio and website data. CCTV at studio entrances and reception, and basic website logs such as your IP address and browser type.
How we use it
We use your information to manage bookings, memberships and payments, to send confirmations and class reminders, to keep you safe in class, to answer your questions and to plan the schedule around how the studios are used.
We send news and offers only if you ask us to, and every email has an unsubscribe link. Under UK data protection law we rely on our contract with you, your consent (for health information and marketing), our legitimate interest in running safe, secure studios, and our legal obligations, such as keeping tax records.
Who we share it with
Your coaches see the booking and health details they need to run your class. We also share information with the companies that run our booking system, take payments, send our emails and host this website. They act on our instructions and must keep your information secure.
We may share information with the emergency services if your health is at risk in a studio, or with the authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. It saves a few preferences in your browser, such as light or dark theme and reduced motion, so the site remembers your choices. These stay on your device and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
- Membership, booking and payment records: for as long as you are a member, then six years for tax and accounting.
- Health information: until you withdraw consent, or twelve months after your last class.
- Trial bookings that do not become a membership: twelve months.
- CCTV footage: 30 days, unless we need it to look into an incident.
- Messages to the studio: two years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, limit or object to how we use it, or ask us to send it to another organisation. You can withdraw your consent at any time. We reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK data protection regulator.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy we change the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will email members before it takes effect.
