Using this site
You can use this website to find out about our classes, coaches and studios, and to book a trial or a class. Please do not use it in a way that breaks the law, interferes with how it works, or tries to access systems or information that are not yours.
Bookings and memberships
- Each person can take one free trial class. Trial bookings open 48 hours before the class starts.
- Monthly members can book five days ahead. Annual Full Access members can book seven days ahead.
- Cancel a booking at least twelve hours before the class starts. Late cancellations and missed classes count as a class taken.
- Memberships renew monthly or annually until you cancel. You can cancel at any time with one month's notice.
- You can pause a membership for fourteen days or longer if you tell us the dates in advance. You can switch your chosen discipline once per billing cycle.
- If we change membership prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies.
Health and safety
Exercise carries some risk. If you are pregnant, injured or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before you start and tell your coach before every class. Follow your coach's instructions and the studio rules. We may refuse entry or stop a session if someone's safety is at risk.
Content
The text, images, class names and logos on this site belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You may view and share pages for personal use, but please do not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for loss of or damage to belongings left in changing rooms or lockers unless we caused it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change affects your membership, we will email you before it takes effect.
